Be Ready for Change BV is part of the privately-held company, Be Ready Holding BV, owned by its founder, Arie Huisman.
He gives strategic direction to Be Ready for Change and leads the company from his conviction: It’s all about customer success. This can be best achieved by working with professional and entrepreneurial people. Be Ready for Change collaborates with expert partner companies that meet this requirement to ensure results.
Before Huisman founded Be Ready, he built a successful career in Higher Education, IT Consultancy, IT international senior management.
Huismans career in training and IT business started in 1988.
Working in changing environments has always inspired him. His experience is diverse and extensive. Huisman started his career as a teacher in Economics at the Hogeschool Rotterdam & Omstreken. He continued building his expertise in management information systems for agriculture at Royal Brinkman BV. That was where he also learned about IT mainframe technology, integrated with PC systems through electronic mailboxes and EDI.
Huisman subsequently moved to the ERP/CRM world for midsize companies. As trainer, and later as Senior Business Unit Manager with Exact Software, Huisman learned all aspects of IT consultancy, IT training and strategy with a software multinational.
He next worked for Valkieser Communications BV, a well-respected company for multimedia, audiovisual productions and content management systems in The Netherlands.
Huismans following position was with MatrixOne Inc. where he was responsible for all EMEA-maintenance services, service level agreements, technical support, training & certification activities and later Director Global Services for Education & Certification Services World Wide.
During his time with MatrixOne, Huisman serviced customers including GAP, Johnson & Johnson, Johnson Controls, Philips, Autoliv, Eaton, Adidas, Bosch, Porsche, Faurecia, BAT, Iveco, and Nokia.
Business Readiness, documentation and training remained vital factors in all change implementation projects in which Huisman was involved. Since 2005 Be Ready for Change helped many customers to successfully implement business changes.
Be Ready for Change developed a partnership with Learninglens Inc. in the USA. This partnership includes all aspects of the Business Readiness business.
