Intake/Assessment
We work with you to analyse and determine your business goals. What have you done already and what is going well? What is your timing? Who is involved? What are the risks we have to deal with?
Once we have established these things, we work together and design a plan with specific elements such as:

- Organization Effectiveness
- Documentation & Training
Statement of Work
We will work with you to decide on a statement of work. Part of that plan is to share responsibility for success. What is your involvement? How are your employees involved? What are the responsibilities of Be Ready? It is not our goal to maximize the involvement of Be Ready employees. It is our goal to involve your employees at an early stage to ensure acceptance and commitment for your initiative, to ensure people have a sense of ownership.
Project Start
After the statement of work has been agreed upon, we collaborate with you on the execution of the documented plan.
